The **Estimates** area is where you price jobs and follow them all the way to a "yes." You build each estimate in the **Calculator** — the guided wizard that walks you through the client, work areas, and items — and then track and update every estimate from one list. Along the way, AI helps sharpen your work: it polishes the notes you leave for the crew, and it coaches you on recorded ride-alongs. You don't need to know any pricing math. The Calculator handles the numbers — your job is to describe the work accurately. ## Build an estimate The guided, step-by-step wizard: pick a client and work areas, add items, review the price, then save and sell. Skip the Calculator: choose **From Scratch**, type in your own line items and prices on the proposal, and send it. Record your in-person sales conversation and get AI coaching insights afterward. ## Sharpen your estimate Clean up and round out the notes you leave for the crew with one tap. ## Track and manage Search, filter, and sort your estimates list, and jump between status tabs. Mark estimates Sold, Lost, Released, and more — right from the list. See what changed on an estimate, when, and who changed it.
