The Overview is the first thing you see when you sign in. It’s your personal scoreboard: how much bonus you’ve earned, how many jobs you’ve finished, how your customer reviews are trending, and where you stand against your teammates. Everything on the page updates as your work gets completed, so it’s the quickest way to check how you’re doing right now.
You don’t change any numbers here — the Overview just shows you what your work has added up to. To see the individual payouts behind your bonus, head to your Wallet.

Find your way around the page

When the page loads, you’ll see a greeting at the top (Hi, [your name]) followed by three stacked sections:
1

Overview cards and chart

A row of summary cards with a chart beside them. This is your headline performance for the period you’ve selected.
2

Leaderboard

A ranked list showing how you compare to others, with a podium for the top finishers.
If your role gives you more than one kind of view, a dropdown sits next to the greeting. Use it to switch between Operations and Sales — each one shows a different set of cards built for that kind of work.

Read the Operations view

The Operations view focuses on the work you complete in the field. You’ll see these cards:
  • Jobs Completed — how many jobs were finished in the period.
  • Total Hours Saved — the time your work saved against the estimate.
  • Bonus Payout — the bonus those jobs added up to.
  • My Reviews — your average customer rating out of 5, the number of reviews behind it, and your review rate (the share of jobs that got a review).
Each card carries a small up or down badge comparing this period to the last one, so you can tell at a glance whether you’re trending up. Click a card to make the chart beside it plot that number over time.
If you’re viewing a whole branch rather than a single person, the reviews card is labeled Branch Reviews and shows the branch’s combined rating.

Read the Sales view

The Sales view focuses on deals and revenue. Its cards are:
  • Pending Pipeline — the value of opportunities still in progress.
  • Closing Ratio — the percentage of opportunities that were won, with the won-versus-counted tally shown beneath it (for example, 8/20 opportunities).
  • Average Sale — the typical size of a closed deal.
  • Total Sold — the total value sold in the period.
  • Total Paid — the revenue that has actually been collected.
Just like the Operations view, every card has an up or down badge and feeds the chart when you click it.
At the bottom of the Sales cards there’s an Include subcontractor sales switch. Flip it on to fold subcontractor deals into these numbers, or off to see only your own.

Change what the numbers cover

A few controls let you reframe the whole page without leaving it:
  • Period — a Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly toggle (in the Operations view) that sets the time window for every card and the chart.
  • Date range — in the Sales view, a Select date range picker that does the same job for sales numbers.
  • Branch / Company — switch between just your branch and the whole company. Handy on the Leaderboard for seeing where you rank company-wide.
  • People picker — if your role lets you look at others, a search box lets you pick a teammate (or your whole branch) and view their Overview instead of your own.
Some controls only appear for certain views or roles. If you don’t see one, it simply isn’t part of your current view.

Check the Leaderboard

Scroll down to the Leaderboard to see how you stack up. The top three finishers sit on a podium, and a ranked list below shows everyone else — your own row is highlighted so it’s easy to spot. The same Period and Branch / Company controls apply here, so you can compare yourself monthly within your branch or across the whole company for the year. Leaderboards also appear beside the feed in Win groups — see Win feed. Admins set up groups in Manage groups.
