Each field you add shows its own settings:- Label — the question or name shown next to the field.
- Required — the form can’t be saved until this field is answered.
- Default value — an answer that’s already filled in when the form opens. Available on Text, Text Area, Number, Radio, and Select. For a Date field it’s called Default Date. For Radio and Select, enter the label of the option you want preselected.
- Checked by default — on a Checkbox field, starts the box ticked.
- Allow multiple files — on a Media field, lets the person upload more than one photo.
Reorder and remove fields
- Reorder — drag a field by its handle on the left to move it up or down. Options inside a Select or Radio field can be dragged the same way.
- Remove — click the trash button on a field, or next to an option, to delete it.
Photos uploaded through a Media field are also saved to the project’s media, in the Forms folder.
Submit settings
The Submit Settings card controls what happens when someone submits the form.- Submit Button Label — the text on the form’s submit button, such as Submit Form. Optional.
- Confirmation Type — choose one:
- Show Message — enter a Confirmation Message, for example Thank you for your submission. Required with this option.
- Redirect to URL — enter a Redirect URL for a page in Menaia. After submitting, the person is taken to that page. It must start with a forward slash, or you’ll see Enter a valid path starting with /.
Email Submissions To

- Emails — any email address, including people outside your workspace. Type an address and click Add (or press Enter). Click the × on an address to remove it.
